One of the reminders that the gloomy Northwest winter is winding down is the arrival of tulips at the farmers markets and grocery stores. They are the floral beacon of Spring. Tulips look graceful grouped en masse but also coordinate beautifully with other types of spring flowers and foliage. In recent years, growers have introduced varieties that mimic the look of lilies and peonies, only adding to their popularity. We particularly favor the fluffy parrot tulips in faded pastels and french tulips with their yard long stems
but really, it's hard to dislike a bloom that comes in every color under the sun. By adding a few to your bouquet or centerpieces, you are sure to please even the most discriminating guest.

So many colors, so many possibilities!

We love how vibrant these orange arrangements are!
